By accessing or using AI PDF Toolkit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI PDF Toolkit provides AI-powered tools for summarizing PDF documents, chatting with PDF content, and extracting structured data from PDFs. The Service uses third-party AI models to process your documents.

3. Free and Paid Usage

• Free users may process up to 3 PDF documents per day.
• Paid plans include per-document processing ($1 USD per document) and monthly subscription ($9 USD per month for unlimited use).
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the Service did not perform as described.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of the documents you upload.
• Do not upload documents containing illegal content, malware, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the Service's rate limits or security measures.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. The AI-generated outputs (summaries, answers, extracted data) are provided for your use. We claim no ownership over your documents or the generated outputs.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on the Service for critical decisions without independent verification. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI PDF Toolkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
